Visit the Summer Capital of the Philippines. Go on a full day tour starting with a visit to Tam-awan Village/Artists Village, then visit the Benguet Museum and on to the strawberry farms in La Trinidad and see how these succulent fruits are grown and harvested. Drive back to the city for lunch and prepare for a one and a half tour of Balatoc Mines. Firsthand, experience the life of a miner inside the tunnels. Get to wear authentic miners’ gears plus the underground train ride. The city of Baguio is also a prime educational center with its seven colleges and universities including the country’s top military school, the Philippine Military Academy. English is widely spoken and serves as the medium of teaching in schools.
