4WD HGHLAND ADVENTURE ( Northern Luzon)

Explore by air-conditioned 4WD the Cordillera Mountains of Northern Luzon, home to the mountain tribes and rich cultures which carved out of mountainsides the “Eighth Wonder of the World”. Led and guided by Tribal Adventure Tours, Inc., this expedition allows you to see the Philippines in depth. Starting with the popular symbol of the Banaue Rice Terraces, this trip delves deep – as you stay in traditional rice huts of Banga-An and hike to the “amphitheater” village of Batad. From a local Inn in Sagada you are able to absorb the richness of the arts and crafts hub of the Philippines while visiting the village’s caves, “hanging coffins” and waterfalls. After traveling the country’s highest roadway via Mount Data to Baguio, the Philippines’ summer capital, wander the city of pines, altitude 2,000 meters, eat the area’s luscious strawberries-priced at a song – and relax in comfort at a splendid guesthouse, experiencing the hospitality of the Mountain People.
