WHITEWATER KAYAKING/RAFTING ADVENTURE
Antique White Water Kayaking Tour(3D/2N)
This tour is especially designed for the white water kayaking enthusiasts.
 The Province of Antique profiled like a seahorse is an oversized serrated hemline on the western border of the three cornered scarf-like land mass that is Panay. It’s the historic land of the Binirayan Festival celebrated by the Antiquños every Dec. 28 – 30 in commemoration of the landing of the ten Bornean datus in Malandog, Hamtic, Antique, Antique in the middle of the 13 th century to set up the first Malayan settlement or barangay in this country.
Antique with its numerous rivers is ideal for a sport called white water kayaking. The venue is Tibiao River in Tibiao, Antique which is approximately 169.4 kms. From the City of Iloilo.
From Iloilo City, one proceeds directly to tibiao via a passenger bus. Upon reaching Tibiao, have lunch in one of the restaurants in the town. Look for a place to stay There are 3 accommodation establishments in Tibiao, the Kayak Inn, Municipality of Tibiao Resethouse and the Genesis Cottage and Refreshment, If you prefer homestay, contact the Homestay Association of Tibiao c/o Mre. Romeo Reyno, Municipal Tourism Officer of Tibiao.
In the afternoon, explore Bugtong Bato waterfalls, 6 kms. To Sitio Moleta & accessible by motor vehicle up to Brgy. Tuno and a short hike along murmuring streams and hidden rice terraces. Ideal for excursions/picnics with excellent opportunities for bathing, swimming & picture taking. First 3 waterfalls with height up to 150 ft. are accessible.
Second day is pure enjoyment as one tries the white water kayaking adventure the whole day. Then return to the lodging house. Return to Iloilo City on the 3 rd day and then back to Manila.
